This San Francisco SOMA loft was messy, dreary, and crowded. We helped the homeowner pack up and clean up, then added some color and life with plants, accessories and artwork and a bit more modern take on certain pieces of furniture and voila – it now appeals to the likely buyer of a South of Market loft!
This Albany condo overlooked the San Francisco Bay. With a selling point like that amazing view we angled the furniture to create an easy flow towards the windows to draw the eye in that direction. Since this three story property would mostly appeal to a younger audience we kept the young vibe started with the homeowner’s purple sofa and changed some of the other pieces and accessorized to make the look more cohesive.
