There wasn’t much furniture in this Upper Rockridge living room and even with the baby grand piano there wasn’t the ambiance necessary to support the asking price of this stunning home. We brought in furniture and accessories that allowed potential buyers to see themselves living in this unique and sophisticated Oakland Hills home.
The corner fireplace required angling of the furniture to focus attention on that selling point as well as allow easy traffic flow towards the deck with an amazing view of San Francisco Bay. Smaller scale furniture combined with dramatic, large artwork combine to make this small El Cerrito living room feel spacious, comfortable and elegant. We also collaborated with the homeowner on paint colors, floor and mantel refinishing choices and lighting choices.
