This Master Bedroom in the Oakland Hills was being used as a catch all – storage and sleeping for the occasional guest, while a smaller bedroom upstairs (check that room out in the children’s rooms section) was being used as the Master. We returned the rooms to their more appropriate use making this into a refined and classy suite befitting this lovely Montclair home.
The linens and mission style furniture of the homeowner just didn’t have the vibe warranted in a San Francisco SOMA loft. We were faced with the challenge of creating the right ambiance while primarily using the current homeowner’s furnishings. We accomplished this by furniture placement and the addition of greenery and more updated linens.
