This cute little backyard space in the Upper Rockridge area of the Oakland Hills was completely overtaken by a covered hammock. First we stored the hammock and a motley assortment of backyard paraphernalia, then planted a border of flowers for color and added an attractive and simple furniture vignette to create a space where buyers could imagine themselves enjoying family and friends.
The front door is the focal point for that all important, curb appeal. This is the front view of the Upper Rockridge home from the last set of photos. Here, the front door was refinished, the brick walk renewed, and new colorful plantings added to create that welcoming appeal that will turn a drive-by into a walk-through.
