SuperCHIC Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

This Reward Program ("Program") is designed to incentivize and recognize individual achievements of our customers. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Participation

2.1 Stage Assignment

  • Each qualifying stage must be assigned to one (1) individual person only.

  • Even when working as part of a team, the stage must be assigned to a single designated individual who will be eligible for the associated rewards.

  • Each qualifying stage (“Stamps”) may be transferred to another agent authorized by the owner of that qualifying stage. The owner of the qualifying stage must notify their CHIC representative in writing of the transfer and the name of the designee

  • Only Stamps may be transferred, not credit dollars or credit funds

  • Only the person to whom the stage is registered may earn and receive credits or rewards for that stage.

2.2 Team Member Departure

  • Credits earned by any individual who either departs a team or departs a brokerage will remain with that individual, subject to the Stage Assignments in 2.1 and the redemption deadline specified in Section 4.

  • If the assigned individual leaves the team or organization before stage completion without assigning a designee, the stage assignment and any accumulated credits associated with that stage may be reassigned at the discretion of the management of Chic Home Interiors, LLC (“CHIC”)

3. Qualifying Period

3.1 Eligible Stages

  • Only stages completed between August 1, 2024 and December 31, 2026 (inclusive) qualify for this Program.

  • Stages must be officially completed and verified during this period to earn credits.

4. Credit Redemption and Expiration

4.1 Redemption Deadline

  • All earned credits must be redeemed by December 31, 2027.

  • Any credits not redeemed by this date will expire and become void with no cash value or alternative compensation.

4.2 Credit Redemption Eligibility

  • Credits can only be redeemed on stages after the qualifying stage threshold has been met. For example, if an agent reaches 5 completed stages with CHIC, then a $500 credit will be issued and available for redemption on the sixth or subsequent stages.

  • Participants must complete all required qualifying stages before credits become available for use.

4.3 Redemption Process

  • Agents may redeem their rewards by notifying in writing their CHIC representative..

  • Credits may only be applied toward the cost of a stage and cannot be used for any other services, products, or fees.

5. Program Modifications and Termination

5.1 Right to Modify

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice.

  • In the event of material changes, reasonable notice will be provided to active participants.

5.2 Business Continuity

  • This Program is contingent upon the company continuing normal business operations.

  • If the company ceases conducting business, the Program will terminate immediately, and any unredeemed credits will expire without obligation for redemption or compensation.

6. General Terms

6.1 Non-Transferability

  • Credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another person except as outlined in Section 2.1 and 2.2.

6.2 No Cash Value

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

6.3 Taxes

  • Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their participation in the Program and redemption of rewards.

6.4 Disputes

  • All decisions regarding Program interpretation, eligibility, and credit awards are final and made at the sole discretion of CHIC.  Any dispute or claim arising from the Program shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, pursuant to the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures in effect at the time of the dispute.  The parties agree to personal jurisdiction in the State of California for purposes of resolving any such disputes.  The prevailing party in any such arbitration shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses.  An arbitration award rendered pursuant to this provision may be submitted to any court of competent jurisdiction in the United States for entry of judgment on the award.  The parties agree that any petition to confirm, correct, or vacate an arbitration award may be served by regular mail, and that personal service of any such petitions is waived.

6.5 Governing Law

  • The Program and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of California.
